Quick intro

Hi {{FirstName}},

I noticed you recently raised and are scaling your team. We help companies like yours connect with top talent across operations, finance, and technology.

Are you open to a quick call next week to discuss how we can support your hiring goals?

Dallas revenue-cycle lead

Jordan,

I am representing a revenue-cycle manager who can steady a clinic desk before the backlog gets loud.

Saw your team posted 2 billing leadership roles on Aug 24.

The short version: she brought a 60-plus-day AR backlog under control at a multi-site outpatient group, kept follow-up current during an EHR switch, and has references from finance and ops.

I would love to explore synergies. Worth a 15-minute call before you open another agency req?

How it works

How a run works

01

Drop in a candidate

Start with a resume, LinkedIn profile, or someone already on your bench. Consent and availability are captured before the desk starts pitching.

02

See who needs them now

CandidateLed ranks companies by fit and freshness: matching postings, funding, leadership changes, and other dated hiring signals.

03

Know who to talk to

Each target comes with a named decision-maker, verified contact route, and warm paths before cold ones.

04

Send a pitch only you could send

You get a three-touch draft that leads with the candidate and the proof point. You edit it, always. It never auto-sends.

Sourcing

Sourcing when the bench is thin

A run needs a candidate, and some weeks there is nobody ready to market. CandidateLed includes a candidate search for those weeks: describe the profile in plain language, pull up to 100 matching candidates at a time, filter the results, and enrich the few worth a closer look. Consent is recorded before anyone is put in front of a company.

A consented candidate is where a run starts, so sourcing and the client conversation happen on one desk instead of in two tools.

Your stack

Works with the ATS you already use

CandidateLed is not the system of record and does not try to be. Your ATS stays the source of truth for candidates, jobs, and placements.

Candidates in

Candidates arrive as a resume file, a LinkedIn profile URL, or a record already sitting in your ATS. Bullhorn, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder, Vincere, Recruiterflow, Manatal, Firefish, Zoho Recruit, PCRecruiter, and most other systems with a Zapier app connect through Zapier.

Client history in

Placements and your client list are the desk's warmest asset. Import them and warm paths surface on the targets you already have a reason to call.

Lists out

Target and approach lists export as CSV. Native connectors ship as design partners need them.

The math

The payback math

The checkable case: average contingency fee on a $100K role is $20K–$25K. Starter costs $597 a quarter. One extra placement pays for the tool many times over.

Boundaries

What it will not do

The product stays inside a short list of hard lines, on purpose.

No contact without consent

Nobody gets marketed without agreeing to it first.

Nothing sends without your edit

You review, edit, and send every touch yourself. A draft never reaches a prospect on its own.

No LinkedIn automation

No connection requests, scraping, or mass messaging.

Where we are

Where the product is today

CandidateLed is being built with working recruiters in high-fee niches. Right now we are measuring job-order conversations created per recruiter, signal freshness at time of pitch, candidate consent rate, and whether the final email still sounds like the recruiter who sent it.

Design partners get a closer build loop and a say in what proof replaces this note. No logos, quotes, or case numbers appear here until they are real.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How do I get access?

Access is by invitation after a working session. There is no public signup; design partners are onboarded one desk at a time, and an account opens once we have talked through your niche.

Is CandidateLed an ATS?

No. CandidateLed is a candidate-led business development tool. It helps you turn one marketable candidate into a target account list, decision-maker research, and outreach drafts; your ATS stays the source of record.

Does it work with my ATS or CRM?

Yes, alongside it rather than instead of it. Candidates come in through Zapier from Bullhorn, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder, Vincere, Recruiterflow, Manatal, Firefish, Zoho Recruit, PCRecruiter, and most other systems with a Zapier app, or from a resume or a LinkedIn profile URL. Target and approach lists export as CSV. Native connectors ship as design partners need them, and nothing here replaces the record you already keep in your ATS.

How is pricing handled?

Credit-based, and every price is public. Starter is $199 a month for 400 credits, Growth $499 for 1,200, and Team $1,299 for 3,500 pooled credits across up to five seats. When your balance reaches zero, paid actions pause.

Will it spam prospects?

No. CandidateLed drafts low-volume outreach for your inbox. You review, edit, and send; it does not auto-send campaigns.

Do candidates know they are being marketed?

Yes. CandidateLed requires candidate consent and current availability before a candidate is marketed, because a pitch falls apart if the candidate is not ready to be represented.
