Questions we get asked
How do I get an account?
Access is by invitation after a working session. There is no public signup; accounts open once we have talked through your niche.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Metered actions stop until you upgrade, renew, or add a top-up pack. We never turn extra usage into a surprise overage bill.
Do credits expire?
Credits included with a plan reset each monthly renewal and do not roll over. Credits bought in a top-up pack never expire.
Do failed actions use credits?
No. Failed or empty actions are automatically refunded in full. Credits buy results, not attempts.
Does it work with my ATS or CRM?
It runs alongside your ATS, not instead of it. Candidates come in through Zapier from Bullhorn, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder, Vincere, Recruiterflow, Manatal, Firefish, Zoho Recruit, PCRecruiter, and most other systems with a Zapier app. Target and approach lists export as CSV, and native connectors ship as design partners need them.
