Terms of service

CandidateLed is a software product owned and operated by LocodeSystems LLC. In these terms, we, us, and our refer to LocodeSystems. These terms govern access to CandidateLed and its candidate-led business development workflows for recruiting teams. By using the service, creating an account, or joining an early-access workspace, you enter into an agreement with LocodeSystems on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If a signed agreement covers your use of CandidateLed, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.

CandidateLed helps recruiting desks research target companies, named decision-makers, hiring signals, and draft outreach tied to a candidate profile. The service is intended to help users prepare business development work; it does not replace recruiter judgment.

Early-access features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as we learn from design partners. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect active users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding account access, and for activity under your account. You may not share credentials outside your organization or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or usage controls.

You may not use CandidateLed to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or high-volume spam outreach. Users remain responsible for complying with recruiting, employment, privacy, anti-spam, and fair-credit laws that apply to their work.

You retain ownership of resumes, candidate notes, search inputs, lists, and other content you submit to the service. You grant LocodeSystems the rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content so CandidateLed can operate.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and notices needed to provide candidate, client, and decision-maker information to CandidateLed for your recruiting and business development purposes.

CandidateLed may use third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, enrichment, contact data, and AI-assisted drafting. Third-party data can be incomplete or stale, especially hiring signals and contact details, so users should verify important information before relying on it.

Integrations and third-party sources may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of CandidateLed credits. Included credits reset at each monthly renewal and do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire. Metered actions stop when the available balance reaches zero; CandidateLed does not automatically charge usage overages.

Current plan and top-up prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown in the applicable checkout flow, order form, invoice, or separate written agreement. If CandidateLed offers free or discounted access, we may change or end that access with reasonable notice.

CandidateLed may generate search blueprints, target lists, ranking explanations, and outreach drafts. AI-assisted output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific recipient. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you use or send.

The service is designed for human-edited outreach. CandidateLed does not authorize automated mass sending or sending without a recruiter review.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee placements, job orders, response rates, data availability, or uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, LocodeSystems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

We may update these terms as the product, company, and legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page shows when this page last changed.
